Rural plan is applicable, but not charging as per it

Sir,

I am staying in a rural area village: Nimrani in Dist: Khargone [M.P]

I have been using broadband 250 plan for 6 months, but 3-4 months ago BSNL has launched the same plan for 150.

But, it's two three months passed I am charged Rs250 per/month not Rs150 per/month...

I want that I am staying in rural area. So, charges should be levied according to rural area plan's
