I am using BSNL Broadband service with Rs. 500 rental plan from past 1 year. from the last 2-3 months their were problems in the service so that internet connection was sometimes not proper.

But from past 15 days, their is a consistent problem with connecting link to the broadband. I had fired complain to bsnl office exchange at Rajnagar Ghaziabad (U.P.) but no action has been taken yet. apart from that at the time of 2AM to 8 A.M. when unlimited downloading is there, no link will be given to connect internet.

my complain numbers are: 2239823 and 2237049, but yet no action has been taken.even the SDO Mr. Vivek Agarwal don't pick up his phone-0120-2822111.

I will be highly obliged if proper action were taken.

I want my claim for improper service.
