Sudden disconnection

Hi,

My broadband gets disconnected after 2 min - 5mins and connects again after I switch off and on my modem. I have made several complaints but they have been unable to resolve the issue. I have been having this problem for 2 months now.

I am thinking of changing the provider as I am fed up with this kind of service.
