Unable to connect to internet

I got the username and password after 45 days. Even after visit by the technician and installation, I am not able to access the internet as there is some problem in the network. Mine is a new number and I think the technicians are yet to fix the problem.

Even after repeated calls, my problem is not solved. I have all the internet accessories attached to my PC but with no internet connection.

Request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter and provide me the long awaited internet facility.
