BSNL Broadband
Not Received given speed

I am a customer of Kolkata Telephones Broadband. Recently i changed my Broadband Plan from Rs 500/- Per month to Rs 1350/ Per Month. As per Kolkata telephones website (http://www.calcuttatelephones.com/tariff_broadband.shtml) i will get 512 Kbps. But actually is only get around 80-110 K bps. I send the screen shot of BSNL commitment. I expect that any action taken in short future.
