Non responsive Customer Care

I shifted my Tel 0120-2774558 to new location and telephone line got activated within 8-10 days. For last 15 days I have been requesting customer care to restore my broadband connection, but in vain. I tried all the numbers (Commercial officer, SDO, Raj Nagar office) invariably these numbers are not been picked-up.

This is absolutely agonising for customer and misuse of pubilc infrastructure. I don't know whom to contact now for this.

Can some one take note of it and convey my issue to Chairman of BSNL?
