BSNL Broadband
NO connection installed since 1 month

I applied for broadband connection on 10-08-09, under plan Rs. 750 pm, as on date no call from BSNL and no Visit at home for Installation.

Now after wasting so much time i want refeund of my Rs. 500/ which i paid on 10-08-09 by receipt number 375 to Mr atul, BSNL Auth. Representative (Mobile: 9413840045)

My OB number is 29152 and landline number is 0141-2343493,

I have been asked to call Mr. Bhadoria @ 9413395723. but he never pick call.

plz help me in geting issue resolved.
