Grossly Delayed Connection

Respected Sir/Madam,

My landline number is 0250 2526585. I have applied for a Bsnl broadband connection on 13th August at Virar Bsnl office under Kalyan Telecom Circle in Maharashtra.

But its A MONTH now!!! and i m still not getting the connection.

Kindly look into the matter as i m in dire nedd of a broadband connection,
