Bsnl Is The Worst Service providers, The Cheaters

One month ago, I applied for bsnl's 750 plan broadband connection. At the time of connection they told me that I'll get a download speed around 256 kbps, but when I started downloading I couldn't get speed more than 30 to 35 kbps, when I called customer care, they asked me, "during connection time, in the brochure, in '256 kbps' which 'k' did you see? just divide 256 kbps by 8, it's 32, that's the speed you are getting, then what's wrong? " They Are such a kind of jaalsaaz type, they won't get space even in hell,

I make a sincere request to all people, that they don't use BSNL, using BSNL is like exploiting urself, exploiting urself.
