Very poor connection

In our area that is postal park, Binoba nagar this connection is not working in ground flour, I think we need a broadband tower in this area, here is connectivity problem. We receive only 10-25 kb for few minutes rest of time no signal.please do the needful, I know there is no meaning of these complains, but just hopping any officer...
