Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied a broadband connection on 31/07 with my reference Tel. No. 04567 228901 and my UID No in the receipt. 20081070524 and i have paid the money also but still i didnt get the connection. I try to check with exchange but they are not reply properly.

Please check the status and do the necessary.
