I am using BSNL broadband services for about an year now. But there's lot of problem. The server crashes every now and then, the speed is just not what it is promised.
My internet connection was disabled as i missed out on the due date, but its been more than 10 days since i made the payment its still not working. There is noone to hear my complaint.
Everytime i call them up on the customer care number, they ask to visit nearest exchange. Now how do they expect me to visit their centre as i am a working class employee. I can't afford to miss my work on a daily basis.
There's more to my woes. When i got the connection, i was told the service would be a free one, but any technical person visits charges 200 to 250 bugs as service charges. This is just ridiculous.
I don't have internet from past 15days and all my work has gone for a toss.
