I have BSNL broadband at home, the line is down since May I have registered complaints about 3 times and none of them have turned up to get this up and running.
My recent complaint number is 1914997209 logges on 25th Sep, still i am waiting for someone to turn up at home and get this working.
Its really annoying with the service, everytime they keep us waiting for atleast 3-4minutes waiting on the phone and finally ask us to repeat all the steps and say that they will be definitely sending a person on the same day.
Even couple of times i wanted to escalate and asked the person to put me on to their higher authorities, they say that they will transfer the call, but never i heard anyone on the other side after waiting for 3-4 minutes.
Its really frustrating with their service.
I will be delighted if this can be resolved through this forum.
