From past 20 days landline as well as broadband is not working, We have Registered and orally informed about this but still no action has been taken till today and u will be charging the minimum to the customer

Pls... do somethig i never seen a such a bad service in the telecon service why cant you understand the customers problem we r in trading busines. Pls... do something...
