Worst speed, frequent disconnection

I am a very new user to your broadband service just six days back and from day third I am dissatisfied with it. This my second complaint regarding th following:

1. Speed is very slow.

2. The Dataone connection is frequently getting disconnectedwhile using.

I cannot check my account details and usage as I have not been provided the PORTAL ID yet.

PLease consider my mail and do start working on it at the earliest.
