Broadband connection not working for last 2 months

Besides frequent breakdown broadband services provided by BSNL, Coimbatore there is complete breakdown since 09th Sept.2009 and lodged the complaint with their customer care on 16th September, the complaint no.assigned is 11046. The follow up complaints are

Dated 19th September complaint no is 11144

Dated 21st September complaint no is 11171

Dated 27th October complaint no is 11859

Dated 05th November complaint no is 11975

Dated 20th November complaint no is 12251

The fault repairing mechanism is so disgusting that in-spite of frequent personal visit till this day of 20th November neither the complaint has been attended nor any efforts have been initiated till this day to rectify the broadband connectivity failure.
