I am from Goa, Maharastra Telecom circle
Sir I forgot my portal Id which was given to me, so i searched internet to get it and found hotlines to get and
I tried no.1957, 18004241600, 198 and also tried 1500 . The first number didnot respond even though it is computer simulation. The second number only gives information about BSNL broadband and is not natural
interactive and hence i could not get the details. So I tried 1500, they connected me to customer service officer and he gave me two numbers for Goa (1) 2420000 (2) 2434343 but when I contacted they too are not responding any hour of the day. So I have being following them for 8 days now.
When I googled I came across CosumerComplains and after reading the blogs and other complains, Icme across the blogger "essbebe" who said to give email to ConsumerComplain.
Sir can you help me get my Portal id.
