Not getting broadband connection

After applying for a broadband connection from my phone 03324329072, i got the modem & other accessories on 4th feb. i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown complain no. 678. i have already docketed a complain but i was told by tel authority that it is a problem of a server of bangalore and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.
