I have got a broadband connection from BSNL Bangalore. I should appreciate the quick installation of service once i registered on thier internet site. However i have been calling since the last 3 weeks and each time i get through their IVR to customer service agensts they register a new complaint each time and provide me the new complaint number stating that the earlier complaint has been closed. I am not sure how they close the complaints by themselves when they have not attended even one. My apprecitaion on the quick service connection has fizzled down to frustration. What is the use of a non-working service and that too when you are getting billed for the same..
