Installation not done

Dear Sir,

It's been 3 months since I applied for a broadband connection with BSNL. 15 days back the phone was installed after lot of trouble. I was told within a week all the installation will be done. But till date, nothing is done. Also no number has been given for the telephone connection. When I call to enquire the status, phone rings but nobody lifts. I went in person as well, but no change. Just for reference I m quoting the order no I was given, 65002112. Hoping they'll look into this complaint and act.
