Fradulent Billing - Worst customercare

I got BSNL net connection on 29th febraury this year. i'm using Home500c plan, according to which i get my night usages (2to8am) for free. however, each month i'm getting my bill for the full usage. on my opening month itself, they send me a whooping monthly bill of Rs.11400/-!

When i went there, i was asked to take print of the usage, though it was already available with them. "if you want to adjust the current bill, then come back with a printed report! ". this was their reply. think about this - adjustment? adjustment? i was only asking for my bill to be corrected. because of thier fault, i had to waste a day and money, to get my bill corrected.

Yet again, i was not sent the corrected bill. i went back again, and got a cheek reply - "oh, your bill was corrected day before yesterday itself! why didn't you drop by? " As if i got any info! they think they are running a charity show, and that the customers are mere beggars crying for alms!

And, this same story happened all over again, in the second month also. i've been sent a bill for rs.5230/- However, i didn't bother to make payment. i've asked for a corrected bill immediately. but, i'm yet to recieve any reply.

BSNL is technically sound, but they have very VERY poor staff service to run the show. i hope it goes to dust, if it can't be improved. Atleast customers won't suffer.
