NONWORKING SINCE LAST ONE WEEK

My Bsnl broadband is not working properly and i heard that bsnl is cheating with us. I heard that bsnl is very good but is is so poor and dull connection. Also my bill was also wrong. My wrong bill details are :-

My bsnl home plan is 500 C

1. In 500 C plan there is no fixed monthly charges but my bill has invalid monthly charges was Rs. 280/- Rs so why this happen

2. And i am cheated with over billing that there is 175 free local calls per month but the bill has 50 local calls so why my bill is incorrect and my total bill was Rs 497/- . And when i go to exchange the officer deals with very bad manner... Then i want to dicontinue the service of bsnl.

3. I can't check my broadband usage ..

So i hope that you should correct my bill and take steps to avoid mistakes.
