DEAR SIRS

I HAVE LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION WITH BANGLORE PUBLIC GRAVIANCE BUT ALL IN VAIN

MY NO IS 0240-2405841 AURANGABAD MAHARASHTRA INDIA

AFTER EMAIL TO PUBLIC GRAVIANCE ALL OF A SUDDEN THE

AURANGABAD EXCHANGE PEOPLE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR LOGIN ID CREATED. THE PERSON WHOM THEY EMPLYED FOR CONNECTION ARRIVED AT MY PLACE ON 09-6-08 AND INSTALLED THE NESSESARY HARWARE LIKE MODEM AND CABLING BUT DUE TO NON PORT AVAILABILITY AT SHIVAJINAGAR EXCHANGE THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ME THE CONNECTION.

KINDLY NOTE THAT I HAVE APPLIED ON 26-12.

AND HAVING COMPLAINING SEVERAL TIMES THEY HAVE NOT PROVIED ME CONNECTION
