Extra amount billed charged

Sir,

i have got a bsnl broadband home500 plan in kashipur uttarakhand and according to that plan i can download 1500 mb in a month for free and between 0200 to 0800 hrs I can downlod unlimited. But sir, this month bsnl has charged me about 450 rs. extra for downloading over the limit. But sir in the online records of bsnl i have only downloaded 1300 mb i.e under my limit. I also filed a written complaint to rectify my bill to haldwani office.

but no one helped me out there.

Sir kindly see to this matter on the urgent basis so that my bill could be rectified.
