BROADBAND SERVICE FOR TEL NO 0877 2225899 WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR LAST EIGHT DAYS. EVERYDAY THE COMPLAINTS ARE LOGGED WITH NO EFFECT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO ARE ALL ATTEDNDING CALLS ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED WITH TECNICAL SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.SOME PEOPLE ARE HANG THE CALL WITHOUT LISTENING TO THE QUERY. ON 03/06/08 AFTER MAKING COMPLAINT WITH SENIOR OFFICER IT WAS RESTORED IN LATE EVENING BUT IT AGAIN WENT OFF AFTER SOMETIME.I AM USING 5OOC PLAN .LAST MONTH I DINT USE INTERNET AND INTURN I GOT BILL OF 1628RS. IF I START WRITIN LIKE THIS I HAVE MANY ISSUES WHICH ARE NOT RESOLVED TILL DATE... PLEASE TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND TRY TO SORT
