Lost share certificates before demate

I have been allotted shares of jindal 200 vijaynagar steel ltd in year april 1995 after that 8 shares have been allotted of Jsw steel ltd after the merger of companies .i have lost these certificates of these 8 shares of JSW steel ltd and these shares could not be dematerialised in my account. Now ii want to know the process how and get these shares be get for demate and get duplicate certificates. However i am recieving dividents etc under regd. folio no 0319485 . Shares certificate nos are 319574and distinctive no are 2001818076 to 2001818083 . my client id no and demat account is 10026334 in Indus portfolio pvt ltd
