Not able to check the account usage

Hi,

The website [email protected] does not open at all. Moreover the Customer care people are so pathetic that they do not provide any appropriate information and just release/ disconnects the Call.

The User name and the password is always incorrect when it is entered in the website even though i type it in the same way as i type it to connect to the internet.

Please provide me with an alternative website to check the account usage.
