Poor service, excess billing, employees rash behavio

Hi,

i am using BSNL Broadband startup plan 250, for may i have got too much bill that is Rs4000/- By this month (june) i have observed in the data usage records, one day i have used my internet up to midnight 12.30, later i shutdown my computer. Next day i saw the usage record. It is showing as I stopped internet by12.30a.m and again started by 12.32am and used up to 2.00am. and also it is showing as I have used nearly 200mb in this time. Same thing is happened many times. I thought somebody is misusing my connection without my knowledge. So to avoid this I have changed my login password. After changing password my account had been not opening. I made a call to BSNL executive and informed this problem. I got a reply as we can’t change password without their knowledge. They should have to know my password details to re-activate my account. If this is the case how can we protect my internet against this kind of excess consumption?

After receiving Rs4000/- bill I have gone to BSNL office. There I felt very bad with the response of BSNL employee. They talked to me very rashly. On 23rd April I have submitted application for changing my plan to Unlimited Home plan at BSNL office. But simply they are saying as they have not received any applications from me. And also they were saying it might be missed because of staff change in the office. Even if staff changed also how can they through out my application? Because of BSNL staff negligence for the June month also I have to pay huge amount.

BSNL is charging more and providing very poor quality net service. Many times net has been disconnecting. And it was not worked completely for some days.
