Not able to get connection

I had applied for BSNL broadband after receiving landline connection from the same.

I visited number of times to BSNL office for getting the connection but everytime they say that they will first check the line and the connection feasibility. its over a month but not a single BSNL employee is seen looking into the matter. i m looking for the connection as early as possible but it seems to me that it is not possible in near future... thanks to BSNL.
