I recieved a BSNL broadband connection in May. Within a few days of usage, their modem has stopped working.
It has been at least one month since I have tried everyday in one form or the other to get my complaint addressed, but without success.
I tried their call center at 1500, 1957 and a toll free number too, but all ask me to book complaint at a local number 0120-2501555. I have made multiple requests at this last number but no action has been taken.
One person visited my premises last week and said he will come back with a spare modem to test and that I may have to pay to buy another modem. This is within 1 month of operation.
Isnt there any service guideline which BSNL follows? No warranty of their equipment?
In our building there is reallly a monoply of BSNL as no other provider is allowed to install equipment.
