Not connecting properly

I'm from mangadu... ihave broadband connectins for six months... it has no problem... but for past two weeks it is not gettin connected..even though it gets connected after somettimes it gets disconnecting... i have called up customer care and informed this.. but no response... please sacrifice my complaint quickly...
