Brod band not activated since 2 weeks

I have taken a phone line of BSNL on 26/07 to use broad band services, my land line no. 0172-2550411 but till date i could'n able to use my net. As your exective Mr. Dinesh Kumar Ph. no 9217787646 came to me on 29/07 and installed modam and told me that your brodband will activated in day one or two

Now its 04/08 and i called your help line no. 12678 and they told that still two or three days more to activate my brodband but still they are not sure.

So please help me to activate my broad band
