I have just take a new connection of BSNL with the home500c plan, where 1.5 g.b. down loading and up loading is free. as per the online account showing the usage of up link and down link data it is 558626 k b. which is equivalent to 0.53275 gb. and to my surprise they are charging for extra 1173 mb. and no one is there to receive the phone to complain... is there any one who can change these sarkari office employees ...?
