I had downloaded at night from 2:00 A.M to 8:00 A.M (2nd August: within the free usage hours) but that amount of space (MB) is not excluded from the total used space. I came to know it while I check the service record.
The download speed is not also as expected. Most of the time link is not available and the connection is also getting disconnected after a certain while.
The service and customer support is very much poor. The do not take any step after informing such a problem.
