Frequent disconnection

Sir, i am having BSNL Broadband from last 3 month. My connection disconnect regularly. we are not having underground cable. We are provided with overhead alluminium line. so i requested them to put underground cable. i have giver complaint to them many time.but they didnt put the cable. My phone no is 08251-289518. i am from puttur, Karnataka. please help to solve the issue..
