Username & id, change of bill plan

Though trying a no. of times to check my usage detail, I was unable to do so because the system is not responding to my portal id & password.

this is obviously very frustating & time taking and moreover my bb charges are shooting sky high.

Moreover, I have submitted a request for change of bill plan i.e from 250/ to 750 PLUS on 2/9/08.It seems that no one is bothered and loss of tax payers money is taken for granted, as no action is still not being taken on this regard.

THE CUSTOMER CARE service is totally in shambles, as most of the time the customer care executive is not available.

If possible and if your office time i.e after the leisure time u enjoy during office hours, permits, then kindly look into this matter. My no being 033 24077779.
