Non availability of internet coonection

We have been complaining about broadband not working from our Bsnl landline, but whenever we try to call the toll-free number to lodge a complaint there is no response. our phone no-080-23416945

The internet connection is not available since last 7 months. I request the concerned person to come & inspect.
