i am dr piyush.my telephone number is 01202463430.i was using the broadband plan of rs 250/ .on oct 22 i gave an application for making my plan to unlimitad download (750rs par month) plan.on 25 th i asked your call centre for my confirmation regarding the upgrading the plan they informed me that it is updated, so i started downloading with the impression that i have unlimited plan but as soon as i had crossed the limit of my previous account plan they stalled my net and redirected me to your site, which i was not able to access .the problem is they didnot inform me properly when this plan will be applicable but when i called today at your call centre they told me that this will be from my next cycle.now tell me what should i do as i think i would be gettig inflated bill next month becuse of your incomplete information.
