I booked my connection through bsnl shoppe franchise: Vasantha Comunications opp. Kamaraj arangam, teynampet . i booked it on 20.08.08, paid the deposit of 5oo /- too. Ive still not received a connection of the telephone it self . due to urgency n renowned company only i booked it with bsnl but as of now its not serving the purpose. Ive been following up every day, the response is really bad. Request you to send the line man for connection and finish the job as early as possible.
