BSNL Broad band connection
Frequetnly getting disconnected

Dear Sir,

I have taken a broad band connection in cochin Kakkand. It is frequently getting disconnected.

Complaint register more than 10 time but no effect in connction

Broad band phone connection Phone No 0482 - 2428147 location Kakknad, Edachira.

If the same is not possible please inform I have to look for other connection like TATA.
