Hi,
I have been using the BSNL broadband connection since last 2 months only. I have got the incorrect bill which is charges high and extra service tax also.
In the bsnl bill they have mentioned the bill enquiry number and account officer number and i am in the process of calling at these number however nobody was picking up the phone itself.
BSNL bavdhan exchange says that they are not able to change the bill correction.
I dont know how would i solve this problem.
