Not getting new connection even after lapse of one month

Sir,

I have applied for BROADBAND connection in my existing telephone No 0353 2519698 on 02.04.09, vide, bill no. 118363 and deposited the requisite amount for start up 250 on the same date. But till today no connection has been given. Several enquiry yielded no result.
