Bsnl broadband connection
Net not working

I have a bsnl broad band connection 044-27230760 on my name S SELVAMANI, OLD NO. 6-B, NEW NO.9, YADOTHAKARI NORTH MADA STREET, KANCHIPURAM - 631501. I could not use internet for the past one week. Complaints were registered through 1500. They have been taking & asking but no fruitful result is achieved and the internet connection is totally down till date.
