Very poor service and rude behaviou of office

Dear Concern,

With great frustration and hope i am writing this mail to bring to your notice the poor service and rude behaviou of officer sitting in Dalmianagar Exchange (Bihar)(code 06184).i am using broad band connection from 24th of june but not even for single day it has worked properly.i am contionously making complaint to the exchange people on land line as well as mobile no of the officer, landline no on which i am making complaint are 253000, 253456, 25399 (std code 6184) but no action is taken. Most of time i am encountring error 678, some time wrong user id and password, phone line bussy etc.

To the some extent it was ok from 20th of july to 21st of august but again from 22nd of august i am not been able tro connect even. I have made regular complaint every day but have got no revert on the same only they say it will be done even some time they disconnect the call.

Plz help me to get out of the problem ASAP.
