Poor responce for new connection and irresponsible answers from office

I have applied for new BSNL broad band connectin on 5th sep 2009 and they said that max of one week time connection will be provided. I paid Rs.500/- and got the recipt for the same. Also given one near by telephone exchange number who will provide the connection. I was waited 10 days and give call to that office and asked about my connection, the officer said our workers are doing cabling work currently and will come to give broadband connection with in 2-3 days.

Second time i have given a call after 3 days and said same answer. Now the date is 7th Oct and the officer saying same answer. Very worst irresponsible answer he is saying again and again.

One more worst part is my home and the bsnl exchange is max .75 km not huge distance to say take more time to come and install the connection.

I dont know what to say about These kind of officers and BSNL.

Just i can say "very poor".

Getting customer is more important in this compititive world to do a business and withstand. They are doing major mistake now and will feel one day.
