I have been using BSNL Broadband connection home 500 plan for the past three months. I was not able to open many websites using this connection. I got fed up after launching so many complaints to customer service and they does not seem to revert back on the complaint.
Being the largest broadband connection provider, the least people could except from BSNL is the faster and reliable service, but in my case besides acting slow on the complaint they did not revert on the complaint.
Would be grateful if I can get any solution through this forum.
