Intermittance disconnection of broadband service

I have been experiencing serious difficulty in having continuous broadband internet connection. Every time after using for about 15 minutes the connection gets hanged and does not get either connected or disconnected. I have to restart the PC and then only the connectin is possible. This is happening for last more than a month. Telephonic complaints are attended on telephone and accordingly guidance is given but there is no improvement at all in the status of continuous connection. I was told that there was a temporary problem with serer at BSNL Kalyan. Please sort out this problem. Since there is no satisfactory broadband service for one month I wish that I should be compensated for that. Immediate reply is requested from BSNL management. My Telephone Number is 244 2012 on which broadband connection is provided.
