Bsnl broadband connection
For poor speed of broadband connection

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have the bsnl broadband (no. 01412732146) from 2 years . the speed of broadband is very low (12 mbps), many times i have made compliant on toll free no. 1500, but till now i have not recive any respose from bsnl broadband, plz take action as soon as possible.
