Bsnl broadband connection
Not providing Boardband connection

I applied for broadband connection vide registration No. DDR/BB/H9/08-09/0269 dt.4-9 under Calcutta Telephones. Till date they have not provided the connection inspite of my repeated verbal request. As discussed with the concerned SDO Telephnes, there is certain constraints in the line so they are not able to provide the connection whereas BSNL Calcutta telephones frequently advertise in various media regarding providing boradband connection.

The connection is necessary for discharging my official duties. Any help in this regard is fervently solicited
