On Oct. 26, I made a complain against failure of broad band connection at my home (24520196). After talking to concerned officer, BSNL sent people and rectified it. On the next morning I found the same type of problem and lodged a complain on Nov. 1 with docket no. After that I have talked to the officer concerned several times but no connection yet. Today (Nov. 6) once again I tried to check my complain and found that my docket no. has been erased by somebody without doing any improvement in my connection. Today I tried to contact DE over phone but no response. So I sent him an e-mail re. this matter.
